The Wait is Finally Over!

I am so excited!

The Wait is finally over!

I can breathe.

I have been waiting for this for months....

and today is the day.

I bet you are wondering what is is that I keep ranting and raving about huh? Well, only my favorite pastime, duh!

The SIMS 2!

I finally have it, well, for the second time that is.

I mean, I have the game already, but I lost the little booklet.

and for all my sims lovers, you know, once you lose the booklet

you've lost the game. 

Might as well burn the booklet, huh?

No, I am gonna find it and give it to my 9 yr old niece.

With adequate supervision of course.

But I am so happy.

You just don't know...or maybe you do. 

But the Sims is like my drug of choice!

I like, go out of my way to make my Sims experience the most memorable.

I even go so far as to buy home floor plans so that all my homes are unique and custom,

Not cookie cutter!

It's almost that time. 

The game is nearly finished installing. 

So, I am gonna sign off now.

Don't know when I'll be back again!

Who knew....?

yeah, it's been a while, but who knew it would take this long to get decent internet service here at home?

But that's not what I wanted to say. Since I have such grand internet service now (thank you t-mobile hotspots and android) I was surfing all my old hangout spots.

and guess what? who knew blackplanet.com was still active? 

I know I didn't. The last time I was on that site laptops costs $2,000 and Claritin was by prescription only. So you know that was a while ago!

no, but seriously, I never would have guessed it was still up. what with myspace, facebook, linkedin, twitter, foursquare, and etc...


But then, I guess I am kinda glad that it is still up. its nice to still have the option to go on blackplanet and talk about things that affect us as black people right? I mean, where else can one vent about how all the little ethnic children in commercials hair be nappy?


oh that's right....there is a group on facebook for that very same thing.


Hmph, well. I tried. I just thought I would let everyone know that blackplanet is still there. Maybe we should boycott facebook. They have too many changes, but that is another blog. I bet blackplanet hasnt changed.....
